Getting Started

Creating an account is simple and free. Click the "Join Now" button on any page, choose a unique username, enter your email address, and create a secure password. You'll receive a verification email to activate your account. The entire process takes less than two minutes.

Yes, the basic Chat Rooms service is completely free. You can create an account, join chat rooms, and participate in conversations at no cost. We offer premium features for users who want enhanced capabilities, but the core experience remains accessible to everyone.

Our chat rooms are organized by topics, regions, and interests. Browse the "Browse Rooms" section to see all available options. You can filter by category, language, or time of day. If you can't find what you're looking for, consider suggesting a new room topic to our team.

Safety & Privacy

We implement robust security measures including encryption for data transmission, secure password storage using hashing algorithms, and regular security audits. Absolutely. Each user profile has a block option that prevents that person from contacting you or viewing your activity. You can also report inappropriate behavior to our moderation team through the "Report" button on any user's profile or within chat rooms. All reports are reviewed promptly.

Chat messages are visible to all participants in a room. We do not provide private direct messaging by default to maintain community transparency. However, you can send private messages to users who have enabled this feature in their settings. All communications are stored temporarily for moderation and safety purposes.

Account Management

Username changes are permitted once every 30 days. To change your username, go to Account Settings, select "Edit Profile," and enter your desired new username. If the username is available, the change will take effect immediately. Some restrictions apply to prevent abuse.

If you forget your password, click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. This link expires after 24 hours for security reasons. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

Account deletion is permanent. To delete your account, go to Settings, select "Account," and click "Delete Account." Confirm your decision, and all your personal data will be removed within 90 days. Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
